The Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce will feature Susan Osborne, Vice President of Service Excellence at Piedmont Healthcare, at its upcoming Inspire and Thrive - Customer Service Early Bird
Forum on Tuesday, August 24th, at 7:30 a.m. at the Central Educational Center. Ms. Osborne will present "Putting the Care into Healthcare."
Dr. Skip Sullivan, President of West Georgia Technical College, will be the event emcee.
As Vice President of Service Excellence, Osborne is responsible for enhancing and strengthening the relationship between Piedmont Healthcare and its internal and external customers, including system-wide responsibilities for coordinating service improvement efforts.
The Early Bird Forum is by reservation only, and the cost is $15 for Chamber members and $30 for non-members. Breakfast is included. The Forum is a monthly Chamber networking event that features four overarching themes that are critical for all types of business: Creativity & Innovation, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Leadership.
